Important Information

Payment

All fees to be paid termly in advance. Eight Weeks deposit is payable upon acceptance of a place at ‘Home from Home.’ Fees do not increase while your child is with us.
Working Tax credit can be claimed towards the costs of this registered and approved childcare.

Collection

If a child is being collected by someone other than the authorised persons noted on the ‘Child Enrolment Form,’ then we must be informed in advance who this person will be. We will not let a child leave without written / verbal permission of the parent or guardian.

Sickness

Please do not send your child to us if they have had sickness and diarrhoea the night before, their system needs to be clear for at least 48 hours. If your child falls unwell at the setting you will be contacted immediately in order that your child may be collected. Please read our medicine and sickness policy for further information.

Safeguarding Children

Home from Home have a duty to report any safeguarding concerns about children in the setting. If we notice; significant changes in behaviour, unexpected bruising or marks, any comments made which give cause for concern and any deterioration in general wellbeing which causes concern, we will act to protect the child’s interest.

Grants & Childcare Vouchers

We accept childcare tax free vouchers as well as the universal 3 year old grant.

Term Times

Home from Home operates on a term time basis, Autumn, Spring and Summer.

When your child is leaving us you must notify us in writing giving us a terms notice. You must pay until the date of the last day of term that your child is leaving.

Holiday’s

Home from Home is closed on all Bank Holidays. The term dates are as follows;

There is no payment due during the holiday periods.
