The childminding setting operates on a term time basis, Autumn, Spring and Summer

Notice to leave

When your child is leaving us you must notify us in writing giving us a terms notice.  You must pay until the date of the last day of term that your child is leaving.

The setting is closed on all Bank Holidays, term dates are:

There is no payment due during the holiday periods.

Sessions

Morning Session (8.30 – 12.30)

Once a day or days have been chosen please be aware that these need to be continuous throughout the year.

Fees are due even when the child is not in attendance i.e. holidays and sickness.

Clients must pay until the date of the last day of term they have given notice for.

Payment

·         All fees to be paid monthly in advance.

·         Six Weeks deposit is payable upon acceptance of a place at ‘Home from Home.’ 

·         Working Tax credit can be claimed towards the costs of this registered and approved childcare.

Collection

If a child is being collected by someone other than the authorised persons noted on the ‘Child Enrolment Form,’ then we must be informed in advance who this person will be.  We will not let a child leave without written/ verbal permission of the parent or guardian. 

Sickness

·     Please do not send your child to Home from Home if they have had sickness and diarrhoea the night before, the system needs to be clear for at least 48 hours.

·         We cannot accept your child if they have conjunctivitis as this is extremely contagious. 

·         If your child falls unwell you will be contacted immediately in order that your child may be collected.

Chicken Pox

This disease is very common in children under ten years.  It has an incubation period of 2-3 weeks so is difficult to detect.  It can be serious in adult’s especially pregnant women.  Please take advice from your doctor if you or your partner or immediate relatives have not had this disease.
